We are seeking a skilled and dedicated System Engineer (Level 1) to join our high-performing IT team based in Karachi. In this office-based role, you will be working from 4:00 AM to 1:00 PM (Pakistan Standard Time), aligned with Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST). Responsibilities:
🔹 Provide IT support via phone, tickets, and remote access
🔹 Maintain system and software performance
🔹 Document processes and train users as needed
🔹 Weekend on-call availability
🔹 Uphold security and confidentiality standards
🔹 Liaise with vendors for advanced issue resolution
Requirements:
✔ Bachelor's in Computer Science or a related discipline
✔ 2+ years in IT support (corporate environment preferred)
✔ Solid knowledge of Windows OS, Office 2016+, networking basics
✔ Exposure to AD, DNS, DHCP, Windows Server is a plus
✔ Certifications such as Sophos, MCP are advantageous
