Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate English Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction in English language and literature to students, fostering a positive learning environment, and contributing to the academic success of our students.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that meet curriculum standards and cater to diverse student needs.
Teach English language skills, including reading, writing, speaking, and listening, to students at varying proficiency levels.
Introduce students to literature, encouraging critical thinking and analysis.
Assess and evaluate student progress through assignments, tests, and examinations.
Provide constructive feedback to students to support their academic growth.
Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and other required documentation.
Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and the school administration to support student development.
Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with educational best practices.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in English, Education, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
Teaching certification or license appropriate for the level of instruction.
Proven experience teaching English.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment.
Familiarity with educational technology and digital learning tools.
