Team Manager, Jubilee Family Takaful

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Team Manager to lead and motivate a team within our Jubilee Family Takaful division. This pivotal role is responsible for driving team performance, ensuring adherence to Takaful principles, and contributing to the overall growth and success of the department. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities and a deep understanding of the Takaful and financial services landscape.

Key responsibilities include overseeing daily operations, setting performance targets, providing coaching and development to team members, and fostering a collaborative and high-achieving work environment. A proven track record in team leadership, coupled with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, is essential for this position. Experience in the insurance or financial services sector, particularly with Takaful products, will be highly advantageous.
