Position Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Team Manager to lead our sales team at the Blue Area branch. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities, a passion for sales, and the ability to drive team performance to achieve organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team.
  • Performance Management: Monitor team performance, set targets, and implement strategies to achieve sales objectives.
  • Training & Development: Provide ongoing coaching and support to team members to enhance their skills and career growth.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute sales plans to expand the customer base and increase market share.
  • Client Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Compliance: Ensure all team activities comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Minimum Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience in team management and leadership roles.
  • Skills: Strong team-building, communication, and leadership abilities.
  • Age: Between 18 to 50 years.
