Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Technical Lead with expertise in development. The ideal candidate will lead the design, development, and prototyping of our products.

Responsibilities:

Partner with the CEO to develop and implement the technological roadmap of the company.
Design, develop, and prototype eCommerce websites and mobile applications.
Collaborate with the agricultural co-founder to ensure product design meets farmers' needs.
Stay updated on the latest advancements in agricultural technology.
Champion the company's mission and values, fostering a culture of ownership and entrepreneurship.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
Proven experience in developing eCommerce websites and mobile applications.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
An entrepreneurial spirit with a desire to build and grow a successful business.
