Technical Store Supervisor

Technical Store Supervisor Job is available in Kasur, Punjab for a newly Biscuit Plant company. An ideal candidate should have a Bachelor degree / Diploma in Supply chain management along with 2 years of relevant experience in store supervision of a manufacturing industry.

In this role, you will be responsible for Supervise the Purchase Stock quantity, inventory management and overseeing, and controlling the quality of products and services. 

Responsibilities:

·        Keeping records of expenditure and inventories.

·        Evaluating the supply and availability of stocks. 

·        Implementing measures to avoid stock damages, theft, and wastage.

·        Monitoring shelve stocks and product displays, and the general appearance of the store.

·        Supervise a team of warehouse staff, ensuring efficient and effective day-to-day operations.

·        Oversee the receipt, storage, and distribution of goods, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

·        Monitor inventory levels and perform regular stock checks to maintain accurate records.

·        Implement and enforce proper inventory management procedures, including cycle counts and stock rotation.

·        Coordinate with purchasing and procurement departments to ensure that stock levels align with demand and production requirements.

·        Collaborate with other departments, such as production, sales, and customer service, to understand their storage and distribution needs and ensure timely and accurate fulfillment.

·        Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse, adhering to health and safety regulations.

·        Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to optimize efficiency and streamline processes.
