Overview:
We are looking for a Technical Team Lead to oversee our projects involving website development and mobile app creation. This role requires a candidate who is deeply knowledgeable in both domains and can lead a team through complex project phases. The position is onsite and full-time, emphasizing leadership, technical proficiency, and direct collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities:
Guide team development efforts towards successful project delivery.
Provide technical leadership to teammates through coaching and mentorship.
Manage project timelines, resources, and risk factors.
Oversee the design, development, debugging, and operational stages.
Maintain high standards of software quality within the team by establishing good practices and habits.
Identify and encourage areas for growth and improvement within the team.
Qualifications:
Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or relevant field.
Proven experience in web development and mobile app development.
Strong understanding of web development technologies and programming languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and backend languages.
Experience with mobile app development frameworks and platforms.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to delegate effectively and manage a team-based project.
