Location: Lahore (On-site)

Shift Timing: 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM (Night Shift)

Salary: Up to 50,000 PKR + Commission

Employment Type: Full-Time


Position Overview

We are looking for a Tele Sales Executive with experience in outbound B2B calling, preferably in IT, fiber optic, or service-based industries. The role focuses on initiating contact with businesses in the US and Canadian markets, generating interest, qualifying prospects, and setting appointments or passing qualified leads to the sales team for fiber optic internet and connectivity services.


Key Responsibilities

  • Make high-volume outbound cold calls to businesses in assigned US & Canada territories or postal codes.
  • Identify and reach decision-makers such as business owners, managers, or IT heads.
  • Introduce fiber optic internet and connectivity services in a clear and engaging manner.
  • Qualify leads by understanding basic business needs and current internet setup.
  • Schedule appointments or transfer qualified leads to the sales/closing team.
  • Maintain accurate call notes, lead status, and follow-ups in CRM software.
  • Meet or exceed daily and monthly call and lead-generation targets.
  • Stay updated on service offerings, promotions, and calling scripts.


Required Qualifications

  • 1+ years of cold calling or outbound telesales experience, preferably B2B.
  • Experience in IT, telecom, fiber optic, or service-based sales is a strong advantage.
  • Excellent spoken English with clear pronunciation and strong listening skills.
  • Confident, persuasive, and comfortable with rejection and high call volumes.
  • Strong work ethic and ability to work night shifts (7:00 PM – 4:00 AM) on-site in Lahore.
