·        We're seeking experienced Tele Sales Executives to generate leads, qualify prospects, and close sales deals for our real estate projects. You'll work closely with our sales team to achieve targets and provide excellent customer service.


Responsibilities:


·        Generate leads through cold calling, referrals, and online research

·        Qualify prospects and schedule appointments with potential clients

·        Present and promote real estate projects to clients

·        Handle objections and negotiate deals

·        Meet sales targets and performance goals

·        Maintain accurate records and update CRM system

·        Collaborate with sales team to ensure smooth deal closure


Requirements:


·        1-2 years of experience in tele sales or real estate sales

·        Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

·        Strong negotiation and persuasion skills

·        Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

·        Proficiency in English and Urdu/Punjabi

·        Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software
