Job Description:
A Tele sales Representative identifies and secures strategic growth opportunities, builds and nurtures client relationships, and helps expand the company's market share and revenue. This individual works closely with cross-functional teams like marketing, sales, and product to align efforts with business goals.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify trends, sector dynamics, and potential opportunities.
- Generate and qualify new leads through cold outreach, networking events, referrals, and digital channels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients and partners.
- Prepare and deliver tailored sales pitches, proposals, and presentations to prospective clients.
- Outbound calling
- Data scraping
- Maintain CRM records and prepare regular reports on sales activity and pipeline.
- Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
