Location: Lahore (On-site)

Shift Timing: 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM (Night Shift – aligned with US & Canada time zones)

Salary: Upto 100,000 PKR with Commission

Employment Type: Full-Time


Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Telesales Executive with a strong background in IT, fiber optic, or service-based sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying, and converting businesses in the US and Canadian markets into long-term clients for fiber optic internet and connectivity services.


Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and qualify new B2B leads through outbound calls, emails, and digital platforms within assigned territories or postal codes.
  • Understand business requirements and recommend fiber optic internet solutions tailored to client needs.
  • Schedule and conduct virtual meetings or product demonstrations with business owners and decision-makers in the US & Canada.
  • Stay informed about the latest fiber optic services, pricing structures, and promotions.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to prepare quotes, confirm installations, and manage post-sale follow-ups.
  • Maintain accurate records and communication logs using CRM software.
  • Consistently achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall campaign success.


Required Qualifications

  • 3 years of sales experience, preferably in telesales or service-based sectors.
  • Strong understanding of fiber optic internet services and business connectivity is a plus.
  • Fluent in English with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Goal-driven, confident, and comfortable handling a high volume of outreach.
  • Proficient in CRM tools, MS Office, and digital sales platforms.
  • Willing to work full-time night shift (7:00 PM – 4:00 AM) from our Lahore office.
