Zama Shops Private Limited is a fast-growing company in the Online Market Place Sector, dedicated to delivering top-notch products/services to our customers. We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telesales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, introducing our products or services, and closing sales over the phone. You will play a key role in growing our customer base and driving revenue.

Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective customers using leads provided
Introduce and explain company products or services persuasively
Identify customer needs and offer suitable solutions
Answer questions and handle objections professionally
Close sales and process orders accurately
Maintain detailed records of calls and outcomes in the CRM system
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Follow up on leads and nurture relationships to convert into sales

Requirements:

Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a similar sales/customer service role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Confident and persuasive telephone manner
Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus
