• Make outbound calls to prospective customers using leads provided

• Answer questions and handle objections professionally
• Close sales and process orders accurately
• Maintain detailed records of calls and outcomes in the CRM system
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Follow up on leads and nurture relationships to convert into sales

Requirements

Requirements:

• Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a similar sales/customer service role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Confident and persuasive telephone manner
• Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus
