Responsibilities

- Lead, supervise, and support a team of telesales representatives.
- Set daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and ensure they are met.
- Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing coaching and feedback.
- Conduct regular training sessions to improve product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
- Analyze sales data and provide reports to senior management.
- Drive a high-performance culture focused on achieving KPIs and conversion rates.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align sales efforts with business objectives.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Proven experience in telesales, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Previous experience in a team leader or supervisory role.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to coach and motivate individuals and teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency with CRM software and MS Office tools.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or a related field is a plus.
