We are looking for a motivated and experienced Telesales Team Leader to drive performance, mentor a team of telesales representatives, and contribute to our continued success.

Responsibilities:

Lead, supervise, and support a team of telesales representatives.
Set daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and ensure they are met.
Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing coaching and feedback.
Conduct regular training sessions to improve product knowledge and sales techniques.
Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
Analyze sales data and provide reports to senior management.
Drive a high-performance culture focused on achieving KPIs and conversion rates.
Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align sales efforts with business objectives.

Requirements:

Proven experience in telesales, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Previous experience in a team leader or supervisory role.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to coach and motivate individuals and teams.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency with CRM software and MS Office tools.
High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or a related field is a plus.
