Job Description:
Key responsibilities of this position includes:
1. Execute trade strategy in the assigned territory
2. Carry out activities like regular store visits to execute channel/category development plans and enhance instore visibility
3. Maximize availability and share of shelf to enhance market share at pharmacy/store level
4. Ensure placement of TPOSM/PPOSM as per cycle plan and execution of BA activities
5. Enhance call efficiency and productivity of distributor's team
Execute trade strategy of being a preferred partner and winning in pharmacy/stores in the assigned territory through activities like regular pharmacy/store visits, merchandising & visibility, TPOSM/PPOSM placement as per POG, channel/category development plans, executing brand ambassador’s activities and ensuring maximum coverage, call efficiency & productivity and availability of our products through order bookers of distributors to enhance market share of trade products at pharmacy level.
2 – 3 years in Sales Function of FMCG
Must have thorough understanding of Trade & BTL activities through various trade channels & categories
