Description
As a Training Manager, you will be responsible for analyzing market trends, identifying training needs, and determining which training programs to offer on our platform. You will oversee the scheduling and management of these programs, ensuring they meet the demands of our clients and adhere to the highest standards of quality on a global level.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and onboard trainers.
- Work with trainers to make sure smooth execution of trainings.
- Prepare SOPs for trainers, trainees & training executions.
- Sell platform services to training provider companies and individual trainees
- Identify training provider companies & sign collaboration contracts with them.
- Analyze market trends and client feedback to identify training needs and opportunities.
- Develop and implement a strategic plan for the training programs offered on our platform.
- Select and curate a diverse range of training programs that align with market demand and our platform's goals.
- Collaborate with trainers to schedule training sessions, ensuring optimal timing and resource allocation.
- Monitor the performance of training programs, collecting data and feedback to continually improve offerings.
- Maintain strong relationships with trainers and industry experts to keep our training programs current and relevant.
- Work closely with the marketing team to promote training programs and drive enrollments.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and quality standards.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Training Manager or in a similar role within the training or education industry.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market trends and client needs.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and make strategic decisions.
- Proficiency in using training management and scheduling software.
- A commitment to continuous improvement and staying updated on industry best practices.
