- Use Sabre GDS like a maestro—fast, accurate, and client-ready

- Handle calls, chats, and emails with warmth and clarity

- Curate travel plans that feel cinematic, not generic

- Liaise with suppliers, troubleshoot hiccups, and ensure every journey flows

- Keep records tight, tone consistent, and clients loyal

- Stay sharp on travel trends, visa rules, and destination insights

- Hit service benchmarks while keeping the brand voice alive

What We’re Looking For

| Sabre GDS Proficiency | Non-negotiable. You must know it, use it, and love it. |

| UK Market Familiarity | Preferred. Bonus if you’ve worked with UK clients or suppliers. |

| Travel Knowledge | You should know your IATA codes from your island escapes. |

| Customer Service | Empathetic, efficient, and

emotionally intelligent. |

| Multitasking | You’ll juggle bookings, chats, and follow-ups—without dropping the tone. |

| English Fluency | Written and spoken. Clear, classy, and brand-aligned. |

| Flexible Timing | We work across time zones. You’ll need to flex. |

| Fast Learner | Systems, tone, rituals—you’ll absorb and adapt quickly. |
