Job Overview:

We are looking for a talented UI/UX Designer with strong expertise in Figma to join our team. The ideal candidate will design engaging, user-friendly, and visually appealing interfaces for our digital platforms. Your role involves transforming creative concepts into consistent, flawless, and engaging user experiences in collaboration with the development and marketing teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Design high-quality UI mockups, wireframes, and interactive prototypes in Figma.
Develop and maintain design systems and style guidelines for brand consistency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into intuitive user flows.
Conduct user research and apply insights to enhance usability and engagement.
Optimize designs for web and mobile platforms with responsive layouts.
Ensure pixel-perfect implementation by coordinating with developers.
Stay updated with latest design trends and UX best practices.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing Figma projects.
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles.
Excellent command of Figma, with knowledge of prototyping and component libraries.
Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools is a plus.
Strong attention to detail, creativity, and teamwork skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred).
