About the Role

We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer with 2-3 years of experience to create intuitive and visually appealing user experiences. The ideal candidate will have a strong design sense, proficiency in modern design tools, and a user-centric approach to problem-solving.

Responsibilities:

Design engaging user interfaces and seamless user experiences for web and mobile applications.
Conduct user research, analyze feedback, and implement UI/UX best practices to improve usability.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to ensure design consistency.
Maintain design systems, guidelines, and UI components for a cohesive brand experience.
Perform usability testing and iterate designs based on user behaviour and feedback.
Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and technologies to enhance design quality

Requirements:

Minimum Qualifications:

● Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

Minimum Experience:

2-3 years of experience in UI/UX design.

Skills

Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or other design tools.
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, UX research, and usability testing.
Experience with wireframing, prototyping, and responsive design.
Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present design concepts effectively
Strong attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
