Umrah Consultant

we are seeking an experienced Umrah Consultant to join our Islamabad office. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth operation of Umrah packages and providing exceptional service to our clients. You will play a key role in helping individuals fulfill their religious obligations by facilitating their travel arrangements.

As an Umrah Consultant, you will be responsible for managing complete Umrah packages, handling visa processing, booking hotels and transportation, and coordinating all travel-related aspects. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Umrah operations, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to meet sales targets.

• Manage complete Umrah packages, including planning and execution.
• Handle visa processing, ensuring all requirements are met.
• Coordinate hotel bookings and transportation arrangements.
• Provide excellent customer service and address client inquiries.
• Achieve monthly sales targets of 70-75 packages.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Umrah regulations and travel requirements.
