Description

As an Umrah Consultant, you will play a crucial role in assisting clients with their spiritual journey to Mecca and Medina. You will be responsible for providing expert guidance, creating customized travel packages, and ensuring a seamless and memorable experience for each pilgrim. This position requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of Umrah procedures, and a passion for customer service.

Your primary objective is to assist clients in planning and executing their Umrah trips, from initial inquiry to post-trip follow-up. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of the travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation, as well as providing guidance on visa requirements and religious practices.

  • Engage with clients to understand their Umrah requirements, preferences, and budget.
  • Present, explain, and sell customized Umrah packages including hotels, transport, and related services.
  • Coordinate bookings with internal departments (ticketing, visa, accounts, and ground operations).
  • Guide clients through visa documentation, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  • Prepare itineraries, checklists, and pre-departure briefings.
  • Maintain detailed records of bookings, payments, and visa applications.
  • Provide excellent customer service before, during, and after travel.
  • Follow up with clients post-Umrah for feedback and testimonials.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships to encourage referrals and repeat business.
  • Meet monthly sales targets and contribute to the company’s overall growth.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills (B2B & B2C).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP systems, and social media platforms.
  • Knowledge of Umrah visa documentation and Saudi travel regulations (preferred).
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple client files simultaneously.
  • Customer-centric mindset with professionalism and empathy.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Tourism, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Umrah, Hajj, or travel consultancy.
  • Prior experience in sales, customer service, or visa processing will be an advantage.
