Umrah Sales Consultant

Job Description:

Travocom is seeking an experienced and target-driven Umrah Sales Consultant for its Gulistan-e-Johar Karachi office. The ideal candidate will manage inbound Umrah leads, consult with clients to understand their travel needs, and offer customized Umrah packages while ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include handling calls, preparing quotations, booking hotels and flights, guiding clients on visa requirements, and maintaining accurate sales records. The consultant will work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth service delivery and must consistently meet monthly sales targets to earn performance-based incentives.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of proven experience in Umrah Sales (Mandatory)
• Strong knowledge of Makkah and Madinah locations, hotels, and facilities
• Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills
• Proficiency in SABRE (GDS) and basic computer operations
• Ability to convert leads efficiently and meet targets
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (Preferred)
• Experience performing Umrah or Hajj (Plus)
• Must be willing to work rotational shifts at the Johar office
• Manage and follow up on Umrah leads.
• Create and present customized Umrah packages.
• Achieve monthly sales targets.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Proficiency in SABRE (GDS) is required.
• Knowledge of Makkah and Madinah hotels.
