University Liaison

As a University Liaison, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with universities, colleges & training institutes for bringing university students on board as job seekers, and collaborating with institutes to access their alumni. You will also organize recruitment drives, participate in job fairs, manage logistics, and promote our training programs to university, college & training institutes' students.

Responsibilities:

• Establish and maintain relationships with universities, colleges & training institutes to promote our recruitment, training and counselling.
• Engage university, college & training institutes' students and alumni, encouraging them to join our platform as job seekers.
• Collaborate with universities, colleges & training institutes to arrange recruitment drives and participate in job fairs.
• Manage all logistics related to university, college & training institutes' events, ensuring smooth execution.
• Market our training programs to university, college & training institutes' students driving trainee enrollments.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase university, college & training institute students and alumni engagement on our platform.
• Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to align efforts and maximize impact.
• Provide feedback and insights on university, college & training institute partnerships and engagement initiatives.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a liaison, partnership, or similar role, preferably in the education or recruitment industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with university, college & training institute administrators, students, and alumni.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
• Familiarity with university systems and processes is a plus.
• Willingness to travel to universities, colleges & training institutes as needed.
