Upwork Bidder & Lead Generation Executive

TechVerge Solutions is looking for a motivated Upwork Bidder & Lead Generation Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating business opportunities through Upwork, LinkedIn, and other online platforms by identifying potential clients, submitting winning proposals, and building strong client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Search and identify relevant projects on Upwork and other freelancing platforms.
• Write customized proposals and cover letters for clients.
• Generate leads through LinkedIn, email outreach, and other channels.
• Communicate with prospective clients and schedule meetings.
• Follow up with leads and maintain a sales pipeline.
• Understand client requirements and coordinate with the technical team.
• Maintain records of bids, leads, and project opportunities.
• Achieve monthly lead generation and bidding targets.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in CS, IT, Business, Marketing, or a related field (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
• Excellent English communication and writing skills.
• Basic understanding of web, mobile, and software development services.
• Strong research and lead generation skills.
• Familiarity with Upwork, LinkedIn, and CRM tools is a plus.
• Self-motivated, organized, and target-oriented.
