We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Upwork Proposal Writer/Business Development Specialist to play a key role in expanding our client base on the Upwork platform. This role requires a strong understanding of software development, excellent writing skills, and a proactive approach to client acquisition.

Responsibilities:

Proposal Writing: Craft compelling, persuasive, and technically accurate proposals that effectively showcase our expertise and value proposition. Tailor proposals to specific client requirements and project scopes.
Client Research and Qualification: Identify and qualify potential clients by carefully reviewing project postings, assessing their needs, and determining project fit.
Client Communication: Manage all communication with potential clients on Upwork, including answering questions, providing clarifications, and building rapport.
Market Research: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and Upwork platform updates.
Performance Tracking: Monitor proposal success rates, track key metrics, and provide regular reports on progress.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, with a strong command of grammar and style.
Proven experience writing successful proposals on Upwork or other freelance platforms (a portfolio of successful proposals is highly desirable).
Solid understanding of software development concepts, methodologies, and technologies.
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple proposals simultaneously.
Excellent research and analytical skills.
Proficiency in using Upwork's platform and tools.
