Vendor Relationship Manager

We are looking for a proactive Vendor Relationship Manager to manage and strengthen relationships with our vendors, suppliers, and service providers. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth vendor operations, negotiate favorable terms, monitor performance, and support business needs through reliable vendor partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers.
• Evaluate vendor performance, service quality, pricing, and delivery timelines.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, payment terms, and service agreements.
• Coordinate with internal teams to understand purchasing and operational needs.
• Resolve vendor-related issues, delays, disputes, and escalations.
• Maintain vendor records, contracts, compliance documents, and performance reports.
• Identify new vendors and support vendor onboarding.
• Monitor market trends to improve cost efficiency and service quality.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business a related field.
• Proven experience in vendor management, relationship management.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple vendors and priorities.
• Good understanding of contracts, pricing, and service-level agreements.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, or vendor management tools.
• Strong attention to detail and professional follow-up skills.
