Location: Islamabad I-9/3 | Night Shift – U.S. Time Zone

Experience Required: Minimum 6 months – 1 year in U.S. outbound calling (Final Expense preferred)

We are ONLY considering candidates with call center / BPO outbound calling experience (Final Expense or similar U.S. campaign). If you do not have relevant experience, your application will not be shortlisted.

Your Role – Verification Officer (Final Expense)

• Make outbound calls to verify client details (Final Expense insurance campaign).
• Enter accurate data into the CRM system.
• Follow scripts and meet quality assurance standards.
• Report issues to the Team Lead promptly.
• Achieve daily call volume targets and KPIs.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong spoken English & communication skills.
• Confident, energetic, and target-driven personality.
• Basic computer knowledge (typing, CRM, email).
• Willingness to work night shift.
• Must have 6 months – 1 year outbound call center experience (Final Expense preferred).
