Your Responsibilities as a Verification Officer

• Conduct outbound verification calls to clients and customers
• Record accurate data in the CRM system
• Follow scripts and maintain quality assurance standards
• Flag inconsistencies or issues to the team lead
• Achieve daily call volume targets and KPIs

• Strong spoken English and effective communication skills
• A confident, target-driven, and energetic personality
• Basic computer literacy (typing, emails, CRM systems)
• Willingness to work the night shift (aligned with U.S. time zones)
• Open to both fresh graduates and candidates with up to 1 year of experience
