Responsibilities:
- Verify sales leads and ensure accuracy in communication
- Cross-check information provided by CSR and confirm customer details
- Maintain records of calls and update CRM
- Provide real-time feedback to teams
- Report suspicious/fake leads for quality assurance
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in a call center or verification role
- Good communication & listening skills
- Confidence in interacting with customers over calls
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Intermediate education or above
