Key Responsibilities

Conduct background verifications, employment checks, or quality inspections based on company procedures.

Record verification results in internal systems and prepare detailed reports.

Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive data with discretion.

Collaborate with other departments to resolve discrepancies or follow up on unclear results.

Ensure all verifications are completed within specified timelines and SLAs.

Adhere to organizational policies, guidelines, and compliance standards.

Requirements:

Minimum matric / Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

Proven experience in customer service, or verification roles .

Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Familiarity with CRM systems, Excel, and other data management tools
