Vice Principal

Allied School – Harley Street Branch, Rawalpindi

We are looking for a qualified and experienced Principal to lead our school.

Main Duties

• Manage teachers: hiring, training, and supervision.
• Plan and monitor academics and school activities.
• Maintain school discipline and punctuality.
• Handle parents’ meetings, complaints, and admissions.
• Increase student enrollment and maintain school standards.
• Oversee administration, budgeting, and daily operations.
• Improve overall school performance.

Requirements

• Master’s degree (Education/Management preferred).
• At least 5–10 years of teaching and administrative experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage staff, parents, and students effectively.
• Must be result-oriented and disciplined.
