Overview:

We are seeking a versatile and creative Video Editor to join our team. The Video Editor will play a key role in crafting engaging visual content by editing videos, incorporating animation, motion graphics, and utilizing graphic design skills. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in video editing, animation, motion graphics, and graphic design, along with a passion for storytelling and visual communication.

Key Responsibilities:

Edit raw footage to create high-quality videos for various purposes, including marketing campaigns, social media content, tutorials, and promotional materials.
Utilize animation and motion graphics techniques to enhance video content and create dynamic visual elements.
Design graphic elements such as titles, overlays, and transitions to complement video footage and reinforce branding.
Incorporate sound effects, music, voiceovers, and audio mixing to enhance the overall impact and effectiveness of videos.
Ensure that video content is aligned with brand guidelines, messaging, and objectives.
Optimize videos for different platforms and formats, including web, mobile, and social media.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends, software advancements, and best practices in video editing, animation, motion graphics, and graphic design.
Manage and organize video assets, graphic files, and project files to maintain efficient workflows and version control.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Multimedia Arts, Graphic Design, or related field preferred.
Proven experience as a Video Editor with expertise in animation, motion graphics, and graphic design.
Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro etc.
Proficiency in animation software such as Adobe After Effects or Animate.
Strong graphic design skills with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Experience with audio recording, mixing, and sound design is a plus.
