Job Description:

This is a full-time role for a Video Editor, located on-site in Lahore. The Video Editor will be responsible for video production, video editing, video color grading, and motion graphics. Day-to-day tasks will include assembling raw footage, editing videos for various platforms, applying color correction, integrating motion graphics, and collaborating with the creative team to bring video concepts to life.

Responsibilities:

Edit raw video footage into high-quality content that aligns with brand guidelines.
Trim footage segments and put together the sequence of the video.
Add music, dialogue, graphics, visual effects, and sound to enhance the final output.
Collaborate with the creative team to understand project requirements and deliver content on time.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
Ensure logical sequencing and smooth running.
Review final productions and make necessary revisions based on feedback.
Stay updated with the latest editing trends and techniques.

Requirements:

Proven work experience as a video editor.
Proficiency with video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve).
Strong understanding of storytelling, timing, pacing, and visual composition.
Familiarity with color correction, audio mixing, and motion graphics.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
A strong portfolio or reel showcasing previous video editing work.
Bachelor’s degree in Film Studies, Multimedia, or a related field.
Experience in animation or motion graphics is a plus.
Knowledge of photography and graphic design is an advantage.
