This role involves editing YouTube videos, creating engaging reels and shorts, managing social media platforms (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram), and ensuring that content resonates with a broad audience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Edit and transform live stream highlights into engaging short-form content for platforms like YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram.
• Create and edit reels and shorts for social media platforms (YouTube Shorts, Instagram, TikTok).
• Finalize video content with professional editing, ensuring high-quality production standards.
• Upload, schedule, and manage social media posts across various platforms.
• Handle YouTube SEO tasks: optimizing titles, descriptions, tags, and thumbnails to increase visibility.
• Moderate and respond to community comments and messages, ensuring engagement.
• Track and prepare weekly/monthly performance reports on content and community growth.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven video editing experience with tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or Final Cut Pro.
• Strong graphic design skills using tools such as Photoshop and Canva to create compelling thumbnails, social media posts, and visuals.
• Solid experience managing and growing social media accounts on platforms like YouTube, Instagram, facebook and TikTok.
• Expertise in creating reels and short-form content that catches the audience’s attention and drives engagement.
• Understanding of the latest social media trends, specifically on platforms like YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok, with the ability to incorporate trends into content.
• Knowledge of crypto and web3 trends and related terminology.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently.
• Strong attention to detail and a sense of aesthetics.
• Proactive and highly organized, able to meet deadlines and manage time effectively.
