Salary: PKR 40,000 – 60,000 or Based on Experience

In this role, you will guide clients through the visa process, manage documentation, and ensure smooth application procedures, all while providing exceptional client support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with visa applications and ensure all documentation is accurate and complete
• Provide expert guidance on visa requirements, procedures, and policies
• Review client documents and applications carefully to avoid errors
• Handle client inquiries professionally and provide timely updates
• Build strong relationships with clients and maintain trust
• Meet assigned targets and contribute to business growth
• Stay up-to-date with changes in immigration laws and regulations

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Law, or a related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong knowledge of visa and immigration processes (preferred)
• Ability to manage multiple client cases and meet deadlines
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, online portals)
• Sales and client-handling experience is a plus
