Description

Role Overview:

MARUS Enterprises Family is seeking a highly skilled Fashion Designer with expertise in historical, cultural, and luxury uniform design to create exclusive Ottoman-inspired executive guard attire (Yehūchary-style) for The Armor, our elite personal protection team. The role requires combining heritage aesthetics, functionality, and modern tailoring to reflect strength, prestige, and authority.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research & inspiration:

Study Ottoman-era Janissary/Yehūchary military attire, with focus on prestige, symbolism, and heritage.

  • Design Development:

Create sketches, mood boards, and digital illustrations for uniforms, headgear, belts, and accessories.

  • Fabric & Material Selection:

Identify premium, durable, and weather-appropriate textiles (silk blends, brocade, leather, reinforced cotton).

  • Functional Adaptation:

Ensure designs balance aesthetic appeal with mobility, comfort, and tactical practicality for executive guards.

  • Customization:

Develop unique insignias, embroidery, and detailing reflecting MARUS Enterprises Family’s identity.

  • Collaboration:

Work closely with security advisors and tailors to integrate armor-friendly features (hidden pockets, lightweight protective layering).

  • Production Supervision:

Oversee sampling, fittings, and final tailoring to ensure flawless execution of approved designs.

  • Brand Alignment:

Ensure all designs align with MARUS Enterprises Family’s prestige image and luxury corporate standard.

Qualifications & Skills:

  1. Bachelor’s/Master’s in Fashion Design (or equivalent experience).
  2. Proven portfolio in heritage, costume, or luxury uniform design.
  3. Strong understanding of Ottoman/Turkic attire and cultural symbolism.
  4. Proficiency in design software (Adobe Illustrator, Clo3D, CAD).
  5. Knowledge of fabrics, tailoring, and embroidery techniques.
  6. Ability to blend heritage designs with modern tactical needs.
  7. Attention to detail, creativity, and ability to meet deadlines.

What We Offer:

  • Opportunity to design signature executive guard uniforms for a prestigious corporate security unit.
  • Creative freedom to merge heritage culture with modern fashion.
  • Competitive compensation with project-based bonuses.
  • Long-term collaboration opportunities across luxury events, branding, and costume design divisions.
