Workers' Compensation Collector & Negotiator

Fit Solutions is seeking a dedicated Workers' Compensation Collector & Negotiator to join our team in Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi. This on-site role is crucial for managing our US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), focusing on medical lien negotiation and B2B debt recovery. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in recovering outstanding accounts receivable and resolving complex billing disputes.

This position requires excellent spoken and written English, proficiency in MS Excel, and a strong understanding of US Workers' Compensation regulations. You will be responsible for calling claims adjusters and defense lawyers, negotiating lien settlements, and meticulously tracking case details using official US portals. Flexibility for a night shift is essential for this role.

• Recover aging accounts receivable by contacting claims adjusters and defense lawyers.
• Negotiate lien settlements and resolve billing disputes in accordance with WCAB regulations.
• Review EOBs and manage case details using US-based portals like EAMS.
• Demonstrate fluency in spoken and written English with professional phone etiquette.
• Possess experience in US medical billing/RCM, BPO, DME, or international B2B sales.
• Exhibit strong negotiation tactics and proficiency in MS Excel.
