We’re looking for a driven and resourceful recruiter to lead global hiring efforts across multiple technical domains.
As an International Technical Recruiter, you will manage the 𝗳𝘂𝗹𝗹 𝗿𝗲𝗰𝗿𝘂𝗶𝘁𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗲𝗰𝘆𝗰𝗹𝗲—𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝘀𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗰𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘀𝗰𝗿𝗲𝗲𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗼 𝗼𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗿 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗼𝗻𝗯𝗼𝗮𝗿𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴—while building and maintaining a strong network of international IT talent.
🔹 𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:
➤ 𝗚𝗹𝗼𝗯𝗮𝗹 𝗧𝗮𝗹𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗔𝗰𝗾𝘂𝗶𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻
• Lead end-to-end hiring for international IT roles
• Identify top global talent for contract and permanent positions
• Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans
➤ 𝗦𝗰𝗿𝗲𝗲𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 & 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻:
• Conduct screenings via email, phone, and Zoom
• Coordinate interviews and follow-ups
• Act as a primary point of contact between candidates and internal teams
➤ 𝗩𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗼𝗿 & 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝗸𝗲𝗵𝗼𝗹𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝗖𝗼𝗼𝗿𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻:
• Align staffing needs with project teams
• Communicate effectively with hiring managers
• Support creation and review of international offer letters and contracts
➤ 𝗗𝗮𝘁𝗮𝗯𝗮𝘀𝗲 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 & 𝗢𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗶𝘇𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻:
• Maintain and grow an international IT talent database
• Track recruitment KPIs and audit pipelines
• Research and implement new sourcing tools
➤ 𝗗𝗼𝗰𝘂𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 & 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲:
• Ensure recruiting processes align with internal standards
• Maintain accurate evaluation and hiring records
• Manage onboarding coordination and follow-up communication
🎯 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:
🎓 Bachelor’s degree in HR, Computer Science, or a related field
🌐 Experience in global IT recruitment
🛠 Strong understanding of technical roles, platforms, and tools
📞 Excellent communication and coordination skills
🧠 Detail-oriented, proactive, and results-driven
🕒 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗛𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘀:
• Monday to Friday — 12 PM to 9 PM
• Saturday — Work from Home
