Job Description

We are looking for a professional and reliable Accountant Assistant to support our finance team. The ideal candidate will assist in maintaining financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring accurate accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Prepare and maintain financial documents & records

✅ Assist in bookkeeping and data entry

✅ Support in accounts payable and receivable tasks

✅ Reconcile bank statements

✅ Prepare basic financial reports

✅ Assist in invoice processing and billing

✅ Maintain files and documentation for audits

✅ Coordinate with internal teams for financial information

Required Qualifications

✔ Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce or related field

✔ 1–3 years of experience (preferred)

✔ Strong knowledge of accounting principles

✔ Proficient in MS Excel & accounting software (QuickBooks / Tally is a plus)

✔ Good communication skills

✔ Detail‑oriented, organized, and responsible
