**Job Summary:**

A Visa Consultant is responsible for guiding clients through the process of obtaining visas for travel, work, study, or migration. This role involves assessing individual needs, advising on visa options, preparing and reviewing documentation, and ensuring compliance with the latest immigration laws and regulations. Visa Consultants may work with individuals, families, or organizations.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Counsel clients on various visa categories (student, work, visitor, migration, etc.)

* Assess eligibility and recommend appropriate visa types based on client goals.

* Assist with the preparation and submission of visa applications.

* Review documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with current immigration regulations.

* Stay updated on immigration policies and legal changes in relevant countries (e.g., Canada, UK, USA, Australia, Schengen countries).

* Coordinate with embassies, consulates, and immigration authorities as needed.

* Provide timely updates and follow-ups on application status to clients.

* Handle inquiries and resolve any visa-related issues or concerns.

* Maintain accurate records of client information and documentation.

* Offer pre-departure guidance and support services if applicable.

*Requirements & Qualifications:**

* Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferably in International Relations, Law, or similar).

* Proven experience as a visa or immigration consultant (1–3 years preferred).

* Strong knowledge of immigration laws and procedures.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.

* Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines.

* Proficient in Microsoft Office and online visa portals.

**Preferred Skills:**

* Certification in Immigration Consultancy or relevant training.
