Role Overview

We are looking for an energetic, confident, and creative Female Social Media Strategist & Content Creator to lead our digital presence. In this role, you will be the dynamic on-camera face and storytelling voice for Search O Pal Trainings.

You will conceptualize, script, film, and publish high-engagement content tailored to two key audiences:

Job Seekers & Learners: Training courses, career guidance, interview hacks, ATS resume tips, and emerging tech skills.
Employers & Corporates: Talent development, workplace trends, corporate upskilling, and modern recruitment insights.

Key Responsibilities

On-Camera Content Creation: Present confidently on camera to shoot short-form videos, Instagram Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts, course explainers, and interactive BTS (Behind-The-Scenes) videos.
Content Planning & Strategy: Build and execute an active content calendar covering training launches, masterclasses, career tips for candidates, and B2B corporate insights for employers.
Scriptwriting & Storytelling: Write engaging video scripts, compelling post hooks, and platform-specific captions that educate, entertain, and drive course enrollments.
Production & Basic Editing: Record high-quality videos using smartphones or studio gear, coordinating simple in-app edits or working with the design team for graphics and sound.
Community Engagement: Foster an active community across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook by replying to comments, direct messages, and learner queries.
Cross-Team Collaboration: Coordinate directly with trainers, mentors, and corporate teams to translate curriculum updates into high-converting promotional campaigns.
Performance Tracking: Monitor metrics like view rates, engagement, reach, and course inquiries to optimize future video concepts and organic reach.

Requirements & Qualifications:

On-Screen Confidence: Natural comfort, charisma, and clarity in front of the camera in both Urdu and English.
Content Creation Skills: Hands-on experience in shooting short-form vertical videos (Reels/TikTok/Shorts) with a strong understanding of trending sounds, hooks, and editing pacing.
Domain Awareness: Familiarity with the employment landscape, career coaching, job search challenges, or EdTech/professional training programs.
Strategic Thinking: Ability to balance educational B2C content (for students/job seekers) with professional B2B content (for employers).
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal articulation, public presence, and persuasive copywriting skills.
Tools Knowledge: Working knowledge of CapCut, Canva, Instagram Creator tools, TikTok analytics, and LinkedIn publishing.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Media Studies, Mass Communication, Marketing, or a related field (relevant portfolio/reel presence carries significant weight).
