Truck Dispatcher - North American OTR

• Experience: OTR experience in the Canadian, US, or UK market would be a plus.
• Salary: PKR 50,000 - 85,000 per month
• Working Hours: 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM (Pakistan Standard Time)
• Working Days: Monday to Friday

Job Overview:

• Candidate must understand North American trucking operations and have practical experience coordinating with truck drivers, carriers, and freight brokers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Book and manage OTR loads using relevant load boards and broker networks.
• Coordinate with truck drivers, carriers, and brokers for pickups and deliveries.
• Negotiate freight rates and help maximize profit margins.
• Track shipments and provide timely updates on load status.
• Resolve delays, scheduling issues, and other operational challenges.
• Maintain accurate load records, rate confirmations, and dispatch documentation.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with carriers and brokers.
• Ensure smooth coordination across dispatch and operations teams.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1-2 years of hands-on experience in Canadian or US trucking dispatching.
• Practical experience in North American OTR freight operations.
• Experience working with load boards, freight brokers, carriers, and truck drivers.
• Understanding of load booking, rate negotiation, shipment tracking, and dispatch documentation.
• Strong English communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work the required night shift aligned with North American operations.
• A bachelor's degree is preferred; Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field is an advantage.

Important: Candidates with only warehouse dispatching, taxi/cab dispatching, local delivery dispatching, or general call center experience without North American trucking dispatch experience will not meet the core experience requirement.
