Job Description:
Pay: 50,000.00 (PKR)-75,000.00 (PKR) per month + Commission + EOBI + Provident Fund + Paid Leaves
Job Description:
Shift Timing: 5:00 PM - 2:00 AM
Salary: PKR 50,000 - 75,000 per month
Onsite Rawalpindi
Key Responsibilities
- Book and manage OTR loads with carriers and brokers
- Coordinate shipments, pickups, and deliveries in a timely manner
- Negotiate freight rates to maximize profit margins
- Build and maintain strong relationships with carriers and clients
- Track shipments and proactively resolve operational issues
- Ensure accurate documentation and timely system updates for each load
- Collaborate with dispatch and operations teams to ensure smooth workflow
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (Supply Chain / Logistics is a plus)
- 1-3 years of experience (call center or logistics experience preferred)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work night shifts and handle pressure effectively
- Basic understanding of OTR freight operations is an advantage
