Business Development Manager

Job Description

TEKNISOL (PVT.) LIMITED is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Manager to drive business growth, develop new client relationships, and expand the company's presence in the electrical, instrumentation, mechanical, industrial, process/ manufacturing sectors. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background in Electrical Engineering along with proven business development experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the electrical and industrial sectors.
• Generate new leads through client visits, networking, and market research.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and key accounts.
• Prepare technical and commercial proposals, quotations, and tender documents.
• Conduct product presentations and technical discussions with clients.
• Negotiate contracts and successfully close business deals.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Coordinate with engineering and operations teams to ensure successful project execution.
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer requirements.
• Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports for management.

Qualification

• B.E./BSc Electrical Engineering (Required)

Experience

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Development, preferably with the Cement, Manufacturing, and Process Industry in Pakistan.
