Truck Dispatcher

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Truck Dispatcher to join our dynamic logistics team. This role is crucial for ensuring the efficient movement of goods, optimizing routes, and maintaining strong relationships with brokers and drivers. The ideal candidate will play a key part in maximizing revenue and minimizing operational costs within our freight operations.

Your primary responsibilities will include identifying and booking profitable loads, negotiating rates, managing schedules, and tracking truck movements. A strong understanding of the US freight market and experience with load boards like DAT are highly preferred. This position requires excellent communication and negotiation skills, along with the ability to work independently and meet performance targets.

• Search and book profitable loads using DAT and other load boards.
• Negotiate rates effectively with brokers to secure favorable terms.
• Manage pickup and delivery schedules, ensuring timely execution.
