Job Description:
We’re hiring a Python Developer with strong foundations in backend development and hands-on experience working with LLM-powered tools, AI agents, and chatbot frameworks. This role will contribute directly to client-facing and internal product innovations involving RAG pipelines, LangChain workflows, OpenAI API integrations, and more.

Responsibilities:
Develop backend systems using Python with integrations to LLMs like GPT-4, Claude, Mistral, etc.
● Build and fine-tune AI agents, chatbots, and multi-step conversational workflows using frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, and FastAPI.
● Implement RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines with vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, or FAISS.
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and translate them into AI-powered features.
● Ensure code quality through testing, documentation, and best practices in CI/CD.
● Continuously explore and test new GenAI capabilities and model APIs for integration.
For 4 years of candidates
Responsibilties are
Lead and manage a team of developers across projects.
● Communicate clearly with clients to understand and define project requirements.
● Break down work, assign tasks, and oversee timelines and delivery.
● Ensure high-quality coding practices and guide juniors when needed.
● Act as a technical representative in client meetings and demos.
● Identify risks or blockers early and propose clear solutions.
● Contribute to proposals and help close client opportunities when required.
Requirements:
For 1-2 years
Requirements are:
1.5–2 years of experience in Python development with backend/API architecture.
● 1+ year of practical exposure to Generative AI tools, including work on LLMs, chatbots, or intelligent assistants.
● Strong understanding of LangChain, LlamaIndex, Prompt Engineering, and RAG pipelines.
● Experience working with OpenAI, Anthropic, Hugging Face, or similar APIs.
● Familiarity with FastAPI, Flask, or Django for building scalable services.
● Understanding of async programming, webhooks, JSON data structures, and RESTful APIs.
● Strong debugging, problem-solving, and communication skills
For 4 Years
Requirements are as follow:
4+ years of experience in software development (preferably in Python or JS frameworks).
● Strong leadership and project ownership experience.
● Excellent English communication with both written and verbal.
● Client-facing experience (calls, requirement gathering, sprint demos).
● Ability to manage small to mid-sized technical teams.
● Familiar with Agile, sprint planning, and task tracking tools (Jira, Trello, etc.). ● Problem-solver with a proactive mindset.
