Job Title: Account Executive

Location: Bedian Road, Lahore

Salary Range: PKR 70,000 – 100,000

Experience Required: 3–4 Years

Job Summary

We are hiring a detail-oriented and proactive Account Executive for one of our client companies in the Food & Beverages sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day financial operations, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring timely processing of invoices and payments to support efficient financial management.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage accounts payable and receivable processes
• Prepare, issue, and track invoices and collections
• Perform bank reconciliations and maintain financial records
• Monitor daily financial transactions and ensure data accuracy
• Assist in monthly closing and preparation of financial reports
• Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors/clients
• Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations
• Maintain proper documentation for audits and reporting
• Support budgeting and expense tracking activities

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 3–4 years of relevant experience 
• Strong understanding of accounting principles
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, ERP systems)
• Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
