We are hiring an Accounts Officer
Preparation of daily Bank Position of all banks of (Reconcile with ledgers and prepare monthly reconciliation).2. Receive balance from all banks daily and inform to relevant Accounts Manager for any Variations.
Preparations for Cheques, Pay Order, Online/RTGS transfer letter and correspondence with banks
Responsibilities:
All Payments, Cash salaries disbursement, W.H.T, Sales Tax, Utility Bill and Prepare summary of Utility Bills “Comparison with production.
Payment of petty cash to branches and for Head Office.
Keep postdated cheques and deposit on time.
Requirements:
Experience: Minimum 4-5 years of relevant experience on similar role
Salary Range 40,000 to 45,000
