Job Title: Accounts Executive Industry: Corporate / Retail Location: Allama Iqbal Town, Lahore Job Type: Full-Time | Office-Based Working Hours: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM Working Days: Salary: PKR 50,000 – 70,000 per month Experience Required: 6 Months – 1 Year Job Overview We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Executive to manage daily accounting operations and maintain accurate financial records. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in bookkeeping, inventory management, and payroll processing, along with strong Excel skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Maintain and update financial ledgers and accounting records. Record and monitor stock inwards and outwards accurately. Prepare and maintain balance sheets and other financial reports. Process and manage monthly staff salaries. Reconcile accounts and ensure the accuracy of financial data. Maintain proper documentation of financial transactions. Assist with daily accounting and administrative tasks. Coordinate with internal departments regarding financial records and inventory. Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and procedures. Requirements 6 months to 1 year of experience in accounting or finance. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, B.Com, BBA, or a related field. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Basic knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping. Experience with inventory/stock management is preferred. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills. Good organizational and time management abilities. Attention to detail and accuracy. Good communication and teamwork skills.
