Job Description:

We're a growing SaaS startup, and we're looking for our Account Manager: someone customer-obsessed, quick on their feet, and excited to own the full journey from a stranger's first "tell me more" to a loyal customer who renews without blinking.


You'll be the voice of TestTrick for every prospect and client you touch, running demos, solving problems, spotting opportunities, and making sure people genuinely love using our product. If you're a recent grad or a few years in who wants real ownership (not just busywork) from day one, this is your shot.


Timings: Monday-Friday (11:00 am - 08:00 pm)


Key Responsibilities:


• Manage inbound leads and follow up with potential customers through outbound outreach

• Qualify prospects, understand their business needs, and guide them through the sales process

• Conduct product demos, discovery calls, and follow-up conversations with prospects

• Support existing clients by answering questions, resolving issues, and coordinating with internal teams

• Own customer success activities, including onboarding, adoption, regular check-ins, and relationship management

• Ensure customers are getting value from the platform and help reduce churn

• Identify renewal, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts

• Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, customer interactions, and account updates in the CRM

• Collaborate with sales, product, support, and operations teams to improve the customer experience

• Collect customer feedback and share insights internally to support product and process improvements


Requirements:

• Strong communication, follow-up, and relationship-building skills

• Ability to manage both new prospects and existing customer accounts

• Comfortable with discovery calls, demos, renewals, and customer support conversations

• Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple conversations and accounts at the same time

• Customer-focused mindset with the ability to understand client needs and provide practical solutions

• Familiarity with CRM tools and SaaS sales/customer success processes is a plus
