B2B Email Marketing & Lead Generation Specialist

About the Role

We are hiring a Dedicated B2B Email Marketing & Lead Generation Specialist to manage and execute high-quality data sourcing, prospect list building, and targeted email campaigns. This role is critical for driving new business opportunities for Search O Pal through precise targeting and verified contact extraction.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of proven experience in B2B email marketing / lead generation.
• Strong knowledge of data mining and contact verification.
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, Hunter.io, ZoomInfo (or similar tools).
• Good understanding of email deliverability, personalization, and B2B buyer psychology.
• Excellent written communication skills in English.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and results-driven.



Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain targeted B2B email lists (decision-makers: CEOs, Founders, HR Managers, Directors, etc.)
• Research and extract verified contact data from IT, Healthcare, Finance, Engineering, and Marketing industries.
• Run effective B2B cold email campaigns for outreach and lead nurturing.
• Ensure data accuracy, compliance (GDPR/anti-spam rules), and deliverability.
• Collaborate with the sales team to align outreach campaigns with business goals.
• Monitor campaign performance (open rates, reply rates, conversions) and optimize.
